Purpose QPCR shows induction of the mRNA by the pharmacological inducing agent. Here, protein levels are measured. Procedures This experiment measures the total concentration of protein expressed by the cells in the cell culture by antibody-conjugated reporter system. First, cells are grown and treated with the pharmacological inducing agent. Second, a commercial ELISA kit is used. |
