When set up, this module automatically creates backup copies of selected projects/notes/directories. 

The module can be is launched on every use of BiochemLabSolutions or with a set periodicity.

A digital signature key for all copied data is created and stored along with the data.

An email containing the key and a brief description of snapshots can be generated and sent to any number of recipients to ensure data authenticity of the electronic records.
