AUTOMATIC ELN BACKUP AND AUDIT 

  

This module can be set to create regular backup copies of selected projects/notes/directories. 
It can be launched on every use of BiochemLabSolutions ELN or with a set periodicity.

A digital signature for all copied data is created upon each run of the Audit and Backup module and stored along with the data.

An email containing the key and a brief description of snapshots can be generated and sent to any number of recipients to ensure the proof of data authenticity of the electronic records. For legal use, at least one of the provided email should be compliant with eDiscovery requirements.
